Shipping policy

Order Processing & Handling

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST (Sydney) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.

Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). During peak periods, handling times may vary slightly.

Transit & Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated transit time is 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on destination and carrier performance.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days (processing + transit)

Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partners, which may be located in Australia or internationally. Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. All shipments include tracking. We currently ship to customers within Australia. Orders are shipped using Australia Post or equivalent reputable carriers.

Order Changes

Please contact us promptly to request order modifications or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is lost in transit or returned due to a confirmed logistical issue, please contact our customer service team so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

International Duties & Taxes

If your order is shipped internationally, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
